When you use our backup or restore features, we store and manage your data securely to allow you to recover it when needed. This includes metadata about the backup and restore actions, such as the files you backed up or restored.

Permissions

This permission allows the app to access audio and video files stored on the user’s device. It enables users to upload, and manage multimedia content directly within the cloud storage platform.

This permission ensures the app can read music and audio file formats. It enhances the experience for users who store and manage music files, allowing seamless uploading or organizing from the cloud.

This permission enables contact list and stored contact information. We only use this data for user-initiated actions, and never share contacts with third parties.

This is a core permission for a zQloud storage. It enables users to select, and upload any type of file from their device, as well as download and organize their files. This broad file access ensures users can fully manage their data and backups without limitations.

Internet access is essential for the app’s functionality. It is used for uploading and downloading files, authenticating user accounts, and connecting with cloud servers. Without this permission, the app would not be able to provide cloud-based services.

We may share your information as described below, but we never sell it to third parties.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver, improve, and protect our services. These providers may access your data but are bound by contractual obligations to handle your data securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. These third-party services include:

Delete:You can remove files and data from your cloud storage at any time. Deleting your account will automatically erase your data from our backup systems. If you uninstall the app without deleting your account, your data will be retained. We will delete this data upon your specific request.

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services to you. When you delete your account, all your data is automatically and permanently removed from our storage. If you uninstall the app without first deleting your account, your data will be retained. In this situation, you can request the removal of your data at any time by contacting us at support@zqloudapp.com and providing your account information along with removing the data request.

We may store and process your data in the United States or other locations around the world.
